  1. This is probably the party where you shed your little kid party habits and start more grown up ones.

I would ditch the treat bags for this one. You guys are all pretty close to getting your driver's licenses right?

It's time for a big girl/boy party this time!

  2. you dont have to make "goodie bags" like when you were little, filled with toys and candy, but you could do a small gift to show appreciation for your guests coming... like a small candle or a bottle of lotion or something... but you definitely dont have to.

  3. No, you are not children any more and it is time to be a bit more mature about the parties, including birthday parties.  The time to give up the party favors is when it is time to quit playing pin the tail on the donkey.

  4. i guess it depends on the friends you have, and the type of party your having. If the party is just some of your closer friends, I would give out gifts. Like a framed pic of you guys together.  If it's a bigger party, dont worry about it. No one really notices anyway.

  5. 16th!!!! i would have been so embarrassed if my mom still did that for my 16th, put the money toward somthing else mor age appropriate

  6. you dont have to but it is nice to do it:)

  7. Well, it would be a nice touch but not necessary.
