  1. You can, but it is always better to make appointment if your DMV is busy.

  3. You can schedule an appointment if it'll make you feel more adult to do so.

    Just know that you'll be kept waiting in a line for at least two hours no matter the circumstances in which you show up.

    Bring a book.

  4. No just show up before the cut time for tests to be administered. This is usually an hour before closing. Call to be sure. Make sure you have all the supporting documents for license issuance. This is most likely a birth certificate and a parents signature if you are a minor. The parent needs to be present to sign the application witnessed by DMV staff. The drive test is by appointment only. They usually want you to have 30 to 45 days of practice prior to attempting the behind the wheel test. Hope this helps.
