    but you DO need some fat in your diet.

    you don't need ANY trans fats in your diet. NONE.

    i believe your body need less than 5g of saturated fat grams a day from meat products. but i would severly limit that fat to.

    What your body absolutely needs is polyunsaturated and

    monosaturated fats.

    you can find it in nuts, seeds, and fish.

  4. Saturated fat and trans fat should be kept out of your diet, as all they do is hurt your heart and arteries.

  5. no you don't need transfat but you do need fat in you diet
