Borrelia and hepatitis A and B vaccination, depending on where you travel in Europe. Beware of Borrelia in which the symptoms are weak to begin with.

Your generally fairly safe traveling without needing vacincations except for 3rd world countries and some of the more tropical rainforest type environments and such like Vietnam. In many of those cases malaria pills work fine. If your moving longterm doesn't hurt to get the standard shots when your there eventually like flu and such.
