You may visit Mexico on a 180 day tourist card which you can get on the plane.  If you wish to reside in Mexico, you must apply for an FM3 visa at the Mexican Embassy.  You will need to provide proof that your have INDEPENDENT income to support yourself.  You cannot get a work visa in Mexico until you have a job lined up.  Usually, you need to have a university degree and a high tech skill to find a job that an employer will hire you for in Mexico...just like if a Mexican wants  to immigrate to the U.S. or Europe...it is very difficult to do.  You can contact the Mexican embassy to your country for more info.  It would be wise to visit Mexico before deciding to try to move ot Mexico.
