Dale Earnhardt Sr was THE MAN!

Kyle and JR, both have unique styles and totally different personalities, I like them both and pull for both.

They both have the passion for racing and like it or not...best choice in careers is their common goal!

Not really, I liked Jeremy Mayfield and Elliott Sadler when I first started getting into NASCAR but Jimmie Johnson has been my driver since his first few races at the end of the 2001 season. David Pearson is my favorite driver of all time and I think that he and Jimmie are similar in driving style. A lot of the time Jimmie won't be up front at the beginning of races but as the laps wind down he sneaks into the picture. They called David the Silver Fox because he was an extremely smart and crafty driver, I think Jimmie is a lot like that. You can't win if you aren't there at the end of the race, Jimmie takes care of his equipment early but he also knows when it's go time.

Well they are dad & son. Junior does have some of the qualities his dad had he can fly in the restrictor plates, he can find the clean air to run in just like daddy could. Oh and he is one popular guy probably even more so than dad. Junior did also take after his dad in the down to earth hard working ways. Senior never forgot where he came from and I don't think Junior ever will either, blue collar to the bone. The biggest difference it Junior is a 'nice' guy and Senior yea, well, not so much. Still I love them both!

I started out a #3 fan and just followed along with the family. Sr. was tough and would put you in the wall if he had too, Jr is a bit too passive and I think that has kept him out of victory lane for a couple of years. Jr. will get his wins and anyone who thinks he has made it on his Daddy's name only dosen't know squat about NASCAR. Dale Jr has 17 wins in his career and still averages a victory about every 18 starts......That is not too shabby folks!

My first favorite driver(Tony Stewart) is still favorite driver! I really like him and I also like Denny Hamlin though. I think Tony and Denny have similar personalities.

Thats why I also like Jeff Burton, Mark Martin, Kasey Kane, Jeff Gordon. I am sure there are more that have all three of these qualities just as sure as I am that there are some that lack all 3 or 2 out of 3...

the answer is yes.  they had similar personalities, similar driving styles, were always in "disagreements" with other drivers, won a bunch of races fairly early in their careers, got similar reactions from the fans, they both get ridiculed about their ears, they have the same parents...

you got it, kurt then kyle...

i wasn't that big a fan before friends in vegas took me to a couple of races there and kurt was the hometown boy.  and then along came kyle...

Wow... great question!

Well, my 1st official favorite driver was Dale Jarrett... now it's Carl Edwards...

Let's see, they're both very laid back & hard working.... but I'm not sure if that's it...

I don't remember why I went with Jarrett... as for Carl, I love his smile & his back flips... not to mention his easy going personality... & he's great in broadcasting...

OH, that's another similarities!

I could go on & try to find more... but then I'd be taking up way too much of everyone's time! :)

Yes, their last name and the American car make they race. Other than that no one can touch the Intimidator and Dale Jr is his own man.

My first was Sr. and current is Jr. So other than sharing DNA and names they don't have much in common. Sr. made watching races fun he was aggressive,but humble so you had to love him. Jr. is so lade back . He doesn't let other peoples pettiness get to him. He races because he loves it. That sounds like a true racer to me.
