  1. yes, mine goes all around my garden .. !!..xx

  2. i don't know what that means!

  3. I built a stockade fence to enclose my backyard from a combination of existing (previous owner built about 20'), new and scavenged pieces.  Separated the slats from the horizontal rails and screwed them to a frame I constructed, using exisiting 4 x 4 posts, sinking some new ones and in some sections attached to a chain link fence behind it (but still on my property) or running through a 10' tall hedge.  Altogether counted 13 different styles of fence, ranging in height from 3' to nearly 6'.  This process enabled me to repair it one slat at a time.  Was able to contour it to slopes and do some artistic straking.  Was a truly unique and attractive design.

After 5 years, the older (scavenged) pieces were wearing out and also  decided that my next-door neighbor should have something nicer to look at so built a new one from 1 x 6 x 3/4 slats of pressure treated wood, alternating the side of the rails (also 1 x 6) the slats were placed on so my neighbor and I saw the same pattern (used the existing posts).  Still finishing the gates, but again, a unique fence that keeps my dog in and other critters out (haven't seen a skunk or racoon in the yard since I built the first one, although I've had some monstrous wild turkeys hop-fly over it).
