I had T-Mobile for over 3 years. They've got great value with all of their plans and great customer service.

T-mobiles rates are not great if you compare say the 99$ plan for talk and text with sprints 99$ plan for unlimited everything.

If you happen to have a smart phone don't bother calling customer service they rarley have the answer. At one point I was told, "sorry maam, that is a known problem with your phone but there is no way to fix it."

Luckily they were wrong.

T-Mobile is not a great company.
