not often- but yes I have done this  and probably will agin even whilst I am trying really hard to desist.

I do, and I've been working on it for a long time. Particularly in my case, it seems to be a long process, but I can tell it's getting better ☺

If I'm meeting a person for the first time, then most of the time yes. Of course, that can all change depending on the kind of personality that particular person has, and waht skills or assets make them who they are...
