  1. Never, I rely on myself..to do my best..never need to be Praised...or encouragement from anyone..and I always do my best...

  2. I believe that we ourselves knows our strengths and our limitations. If we know we can do it, we can, even without praise. And anyway, doing something to gain praise is quite pathetic. Things should be done because you want to do it and you love doing it. That way, either you win or you fall, you know that you have no one blame. You gave your best, that's enough

But then again, a word of encouragement is always welcome, every now and then. We all need those... sometimes.

  3. No, I need to encourage myself to put my best foot forward to perform and do my best as if it is my last performance already.

  4. no i don't..

i always live not for others but for myself.i don't normally depend on them

    besides,it's hard to please everyone.

  5. No. l do things based on my decisions. l often think differently from the majority. A bit stubborn but l'd like to decide on my own even if the others don't approve of it.

  6. People usually will take recognition in lew of financial gain.  Those that have to have it to begin would be running behind.

  7. sometimes.

but i usually expect some comments "after".
