  1. I wish I could, but honestly my lifestyle doesn't give me the time to make 3 meals a day from scratch.   If you go with non-processed food, it does take more time to make a meal.   I wish I could though... it is healthier.

  2. Im a vegetarian, but i eat processed food (in moderation)

  3. If I could afford to without being completely bored and depressed with my food (ie: living on peanut butter sandwiches), I would love to, but alas, I am poor as a church mouse...

I do watch the really nasty stuff, though. I strive for all organic and avoid trans fats, artificial sweeteners, etc...

  4. Im a vegetarian.

But I do still eat the processed foods and such, as well as the organic stuff.

  5. I can't afford to eat all natural and organic.  I do however mostly eat fresh not processed/packaged food.  I buy organic when I can.  Junk food not very often except some plain Lay's potato chips and a bit of chocolate during that "time of the month".

  6. Yes, as much as possible. Either from our own farm or from trusted suppliers.

Not all "organic" produce are really orgnic or of high quality. That's why certification is now required. Many companies took advantage of the organic craze/fad and market products that are technically organic but are of inferior quality.

  7. I try my best, and since my family doesn't, my goal is to attain an 80% rate of what I eat being all-natural and hopefully organic. It just makes more sense for my health and for sustainable agriculture. It's hard work, but worth it and I feel much better when I do.

  8. Yes. I always eat all natural foods. I would like to stress to you some of the dangers of food additives. Please do as much research as you can!

I eat organic whenever possible. I suggest you worry about food additives before looking into organic food.

  9. I am a vegan, and just because things are all natural and organic doesn't mean it isn't bad for you.  I mean almost anything you buy seems to be labled as organic and I'm sure it is but it doesn't mean its healthy.  I am trying to eat only raw but I am doing it slowly.  I would do it cold turkey but my boyfriend and I are doing together and I am going slower for him.

  10. I like the co-op here in bellingham WA. everything is organic =D

I dont only eat all natural foods and organic but I think they taste good.
