  1. Well, no. If I just think, 'I'm going to paint a girl with flowers' and then someone paints that, I can't go and complain just because I thought of it first. How many times have I started writing a book, just to have someone tell me that it's plagiarism to write a book that's the exact same as the Twilight series, or Cirque Du Freak, or even just what /they/ wrote. It's annoying, but you can't do anything about it.

    And if that's not what you were aiming at, sorry.
