  1. no

  2. randomct got it bang on.

I'll add that it can happen in humans too. I used to know a guy who could squirt milk.

  3. hermaphrodite

  4. mutation get it surgically remove.

  5. Every mammal has the biological equipment to produce milk (mammaries).  However, usually in males the hormones to activate the mammary glands are "turned off".  This is why men have nipples (and interestingly why if a person has a third nipple it will be below another nipple on the "milk line" i.e. following the same pattern as in dogs and cats).

However, if for some reason the animal has high levels of oestrogen (a female hormone) the mammaries can start to produce milk.

Why this happens may be due to a genetic malfunction or hormone imbalance or due to ingesting large amounts of oestrogen which can get into the blood (e.g. by taking the contraceptive pill or drinking water that has high oestrogen levels, e.g. downstream of sewage outfall).

  6. The only animals a farmer could have that is "both" sexes would be a snail or slug or earthworm.

That goat is a deformed mutation and NOT typical.
