Do you order your contact lenses online? Do they really check with your doctor about your prescription?

Yes, they do.  Every time a patient orders contacts through an online website, the website will fax or phone the doctor's office listed by the patient to verify the prescription parameters, allowance, and expiration date.

There are reports that once in awhile some of the sites don't do it...but in the vast majority of the time...they do.

It is the law afterall.

Yes,  I order my contacts on-line and had to provide a copy of my prescription.
