You can have your music on CD, vinyl, cassette, MP3, or even others, but do you have the same album on more than one of those? I have Soundgarden's Badmotorfinger on both cassette and CD. CUZ IT ROCKS THAT HARD!

What about you, R&P?

  1. Too many to name, but Vinyl, Cassette (first Car had a Cassette player), & CD, of the same albums.

    I was even cleaning-up my Father's Storrage room & found a Double 8-TRACK of YESSONGS !! ha ha !

In fact, within those medias --

I have multiple versions (for example, early-Genesis) on --

Vinyl (Domestic, English, German, & Japanese) --

& for CDs - Multiple Genesis albums - 1st CD releases which sounded worse than the album (this is in the 80's) and Improved Release, a ReMastered Release, & a Japanese Gatefold Limitied Edition Release.

Several other band fall into these categories, too !!! - LOL.

Now, if I can just figure-out, why I'm so Broke ???? ...hmmmm...

    .

  2. I have Dark Side of the Moon on vinyl, cassette, CD, my sweetie's MP3, and reel to reel, although the reel to reel player has been dead for more than 20 years.  Now if I could find an 8 track. . . . .

  3. I spent a whole bunch of money on iTunes on some albums by Depeche Mode, Queen, The Cure, etc. and then I discovered that my British mom who was a teen in the 80s already had all those CDs and I could have made copies for myself and saved the money. So technically, I have mp3s and the CDs in the same house even though all of them aren't technically mine.

  4. I don't, but my dad has a couple Pink Floyd albums on vinyl and cd... Led Zeppelin too I believe.

  5. I'm kind of old...have the same on cassette, vinyl and cd. mostly the grateful dead.

  6. I've got Tommy, Who's Next, A Night at the Opera and A Day at the Races on both CD and vinyl.

  7. I have the soundtrack the Romeo and Juliet on both cassette and CD.  And they aren't actually mine, they actually belong to my parents, but I have most of the Beatles albums on both vinyl and CD.

  8. Yeah, a few albums I have on tape and CD, and mp3 of course, so I can listen to them on iTunes. But not in an obsessive collector sort of way, just in a coincidental way. :P

  9. Yup.....dysfunction and break the cycle by staind. I have them both on CD and mp3.
