I am happy because of who I am.  I am happy because I can share. I am happy because I can give. I am happy because I can encourage.

Sounds almost selfish. But happiness is how you reflect what others gift you.

The conditions are to not hurt others, including animals, not destroying this beautiful planet and not calling myself names for not being even happier .
