I will be more interested in the news swirling around the Olympics than the sporting events themselves.. What reporters will say about the air quality, general atmosphere.

  1. It is enough to watch a television made in china and eat off of plates made in china, and eat food produced in china, I don't intend to try to learn chinese so I can watch the olympics and understand what they are saying.

  2. not really

  3. I love the Olympics.

I love it for the sheer sport of it.  I like watching events that I don't normally get to see.  For example, Team Handball, Archery, Equestrian Events.

You realize that there are people all over the world who have dedication and a competitive drive just like (if not more) than the professional athletes that we watch on TV every weekend.

  4. Only the opening....

  5. No  certainly not, as I have better things to do with my time than watch people running , jumping or whatever they do. I only watch Wimbledon, and any other Tennis that may be shown on TV. I only hope that our" Air Time" is not swallowed up with all of this Olympics stuff.

  6. Maybe the football in the olympics but nothing else, i never really have liked Athlethics but since they brought football into it, i would tune in.

  7. I'll watch some of it. NBC has terrible coverage of it though. I not only want to see who is winning, rather than the American who is not even in the top 5,10, or what ever position they happen to be in, but also some of the dramatic or record breaking achievements even if they are not the major or popular sports.

  8. Yes!  I love to watch the oylimpics!!  Especially softball and swimming...the two sports I mainly play I also like to watch the track events... I love to run 2!!!
