Don't you just hate it when somebody trys to correct you on a spelling or something and then act all smug about it?

  1. Yes, If I feel they want my help with proof feeding.  Other than that I try to mind my business.

  2. I will only point out mistakes if the writing in question is for some type of professional or public destination (a sign, poster, business correspondence, etc) where a spelling error might look bad or detract from the intended effect of the communication.  Otherwise, come on, I value good spelling and all, but is it REALLY worth the effort and annoyance of correcting everyone all the time, when a large percentage couldn't care less anyway?

And I hardly see the point in acting smug about being able to do something that any 3rd grader ought to be able to do competently... if anything, I feel a little disappointed that so much of the adult generation seems to be so lax about it.

  3. no look at me lol and yes i just hate it wen they do dat  its like why do they care?

  4. Always, lack of spelling, punctuation and intelligence really irritates me, as does improper usage of grammar.

They always seem to get really angry about me pointing out their mistakes soon.
