I am looking at prices online to go from Toronto Ontario to Thunder Bay Ontario, and the prices are about the same.

I have flown Air Canada Jazz, and it was fine... I have never flown WestJet though.

Which airline do you prefer?

AND it is going to cost me $700 for the flights- do you know of any cheaper flights for me on the dates of April 22-April 28?? If you can find a cheapr flight I will loooove you!! ;)

  1. Westjet definately.

  2. WestJet and nothing else. There's a reason Air Canada is also known as Scare Canada.

My husband and his boss had to fly from Ottawa to Calgary with a stopover in Toronto (itself scary!!). Well, Air Canada not only lost their baggage but were really snarly about it. In the end, my husband and his boss did get their bags (eventually) but it was not a pleasant experience.

  3. WestJet all the way !!!

I live in Thunder Bay and ever since Westjet started I flying to the Bay I have never chosen any other company. Their prices are always the lowest and they have never lost my luggage, unlike Air Canada.

As for your tickets...I just checked WestJet and if you book your flights today (March 29th) the price is only $350 with all the taxes included, there is a seat sale. Of course, this is for only for 1 round-trip flight, so if someone else is going with you then the price will be $700 total for 2 round-trip tickets.

    Have a great trip

  4. WestJet is the best Canadian airline.  It's cheap and the staff are great.

You couldn't pay me to ever fly Air Canada again.

  5. i preffer air canada jazz because it is friendly

  6. WestJet all the way.

If you want a cheaper flight with WestJet, Book today! It's $124 there and $144 return. Seat sale is on now.

Or you can wait to book April 19th to get your return flight for $124 as well.

I've been following WestJet booking windows for months now because I'm planning a trip from Vancouver to London and plan to save $350 round trip over their regular fares.

  7. WestJet.  Way better.  Air Canada's improving...but they're slow learners.

  8. West Jet all the way....it's the only airline I take within Canada...check their website for seat sales.

    www.westjet.ca

  9. After my last couple of business flights in scAIR Canada in their hostility sorry hospitality class I swore NEVER to fly with them again and only go West Jet.  Heck I even wrote to AC and their reply was basically to go pound salt we don't need or want your business and I used my corporate E-mail because the company that I work for is in the aviation business in a big way.  And still it was go pound salt.  I only fly domestically on West Jet and aside from some cabin crew attempting to entertain the whole flight I've never had a bad flight on them nor have they ever lost my luggage for 23 hrs and 55 minutes like AC did.

You might want to look at what it would cost you to fly from Buffalo to the nearest place in the states or to T Bay a colleague of mine flew from Detroit to Orlando cheaper than if he had of flown out of Canada.
