  1. ITALIAN!

I went to China and lived off of authentic Chinese food for three months. Take out in America is NOT real Chinese food. I must say, I prefer Italian any day.

  2. I like both and it depends on who is cooking--but I think Chinese.  It is not as heavy on the stomach.

  3. chinese food is very diverse and has many styles.  it is much better.

  4. Italian

  13. Chinese food cos its got sooooo many choices, so many versions of the same thing and yet taste delicious.

  14. Chinese

  15. I love chinese food.

the only italian food I like is pizza or homemade spaghetti sauce

  16. Strangely Italian Food is Chinese Food. Some say because of the importance of Venice as an international trading port supplies of silk, tea and spices made their torturous way from China before Marco Polo. Pasta was the staple diet (and still is) of North China, ice-cream certainly came from there, and the lightly fried mix of vegetables of all kinds, now used with pasta in Italy to this day are eaten in China. All Italy was awaiting was the arrival of the tomato from America to make their cuisine. Add to this robust wine and olive oil, staples of the Mediterranean, and you have Italian cuisine.

So China led the way by thousands of years, exported a great deal to Italy, America sent Tomatoes and beans, and Italy already have basil, olives and wine.

  17. Depends what I'm in the mood for.

Generally, Chinese would win out, though. Italian just seems too "heavy" nowadays to me, and I prefer lots of vegetables in my meal, with less meat and cheese.

  18. Pasta alla norma , alla carbonara , alla bolognese, al pomodoro , with fish ecc; pizza margherita , napoletana ,siciliana ; ravioli with butter and parmigiano reggiano; salame; prosciutto crudo di PARMA , polenta ( north -italian ) ecc. ecc. ................. MMmmmMMM

  19. dats a tough question but itailian such comfort food to me id prob pick it every time!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. Chinese is delicious!

  21. I would have to go with Italian. The MSG in Chinese food sometimes makes me feel sick.

  22. chinese because of teh variety especially with buffets and takeaways

  23. Italian because.......I once had chinese and was sick all through the night...I guess that kinda put me off!

  24. Hi,

    Wow! That's a hard one.....

But I would have to say ...

ITALIAN because it's such a variety of different foods and the sweets are really really nice. Like Cannoli's !

  25. I would have to say Italian food.

My in-laws are Italian and make their dishes with lots of veggies as well as good pasta. When done right a lot of the dishes are not heavy

  26. italian

  27. I prefer Chinese food.It is because I belong to India where food is very spicy , mixed with so many  spices sour and salty. But Italian food is mostly not that spicy I mean the spices they use is completely different.Whereas Chinese food resembles a lot with the Indian.

Anyways its one choise and I definetely like Chinese over Italian food.

And I am vegetarian,So a lot of selection in Chinese also.
