Do you prefer a full frame fisheye lens or a circular fisheye lens?

I've owned a 16mm full-frame fisheye for years. Its fun to use. I'd love to own a 7.5mm 360 fisheye but they are rare and expensive.

A full frame one. You can still add a circular mask with a graphics editing software if you want it.

Those "washing machine window" style gets boring soon in my opinion.

Never owned one, but I would prefer a full frame over a circular. What's the point of having a fisheye if it's not going to fill the frame?
