  1. average on challenging

  2. challenging for long distance because i feel accomplished. But im a sprinter mainly, so i love fast times on a track haha

  3. cross country is all about the challenging courses and you feel so accomplished after you finish a hard race but its also nice to see how fast you can go on a flat course. its still hard but your more proud of your time then the accomplishment of  finishing a difficult course.

  4. challenging is for cross country...pancake is for track...i like both

  5. If I had a choice, I'd take a fast time on a challenging course!  But to answer the question, I'd probably like a fast time on a flat course.  That way when I tell people my fastest 5K time, I'd have something faster to tell them.  Of course, then I'd have to hope they didn't ask how hard the course was!

  6. The ups and downs of a challenging course make you a stronger runner. You can enjoy the tough course and then set your personal best  on the easy one.I like trail runs as well. they can be really tricky. Just remember that you cant compare the times for these courses without allowing for the difficulty level. Running is about self improvement. Most importantly ,you should enjoy it.

  7. you made fast time courses sound delicious
