  1. Depends.

Cost - dunno, it is around the same.

Time- yes, MRT quite faster then bus.

Comfort - most of the times you have to stand on MRT, while can sit on a bus. So if I am not in a hurry, I take a magazine or a book and board a bus.

  2. It's depend on where you stay and going where. But, generally it's faster by MRT, and it's can be cheaper than bus if there is no direct bus to your distination.

Personally, I prefer neither. As MRT is always so crowded. And I always need to wait for about 3 buses with the same service number before I can board the bus during peak hour.

  3. definitely MRT, it separates us from guys, a little bit expensive but can save lots of time (unless of course if it's out of order)

  4. Where I live - Vanuatu, South West Pacific - bus is the cheapest  mode of transportation daily. However, taxis take you to your destination faster.

  5. Neither, Prefer car, I can leave when I want, and it takes me right where I want to go. No stops on the way, unless I want something and can carpool with coworkers saving more.
