Do you prefer several short oversea trips a year or a large trip?

i am wondering if i should take 6 days short tour to overseas country, and 4 times a year, or should i take one big month for one destination? i tend to feel lonely if i stay overseas more than a week. my work gives me 1 month off per year, should i just take 4 small trips or one large trip?

I prefer a larger quantity of smaller trips. Bad part is the loss of time when traveling, plus the airfare. You also get to experience the different seasons, especially when tourism is down in some parts.
