  1. hope i got your question right!

i guess both are equal, because very often its the same sunblocker but in a different kind of bottle :)

maybe its more fun for kids when you use the spray.

with the lotion type you can be sure that you get every part of skin of your kid.

so maybe combine. use the spray and then your hands to smear the sunblocker...

  2. Spray is convenient, but much is wasted in the air (and it tends to be more expensive...esp the aerosol). If you have someone to help you reach the tough spots (esp your back) lotion is the way to go for good coverage and less waste. If you are hitting the beach alone, I'd take both and you can use the spray to get the places that you can't reach, but lotion for the rest of you.

Using sunblock at all is a good thing, so even the spray is better than none at all.

  3. I don't trust spray-on's.  I like lotion because I feel like it's really getting in their skin.  Don't forget that you should put sunscreen on 20 minutes before you go out in the sun.

  4. I like the lotion for the most part.  I feel like if I'm rubbing it in I'm getting every bit of exposed skin.  I worry that the spray isn't getting everything.  I do like using the spray on my son's head though.  Lotion is hard to rub through hair!

  5. i think that sunblock works better than lotion depends on what you are doing swimming or just laying around
