Do you put money on your all access visa card at the store?

I just bought an all access visa card from the supermarket and put $50 on it there. When I got home I read the instrunction manual and read that you have to activate the card online. Then I found out you have to be 18 to activate it and I'm only 17.

My question is, is there $50 on my card right now, or did the store charge me $50 for something I didn't get?

my son had the same problem, its pretty simple actually all you have to do is send the numbers to someone who can activate it email me at [e-mail] if you need me to activate it for you. and trust me i dont plan on doing anything with the numbers as you could turn me in to the police.
