Do you read reviews before you buy stuff? ?

I work at consumer reviews site Buzzillions.com, and I'm wondering what you all think of it - is it useful/helpful when you want to find out what consumers are saying?

Also, what are your favorite sites to find and read reviews?

I have only shopped on Amazon.com and Babiesrus.com and the reviews do often effect my purchases.
