  1. Yeah, I always do. I need to make sure that everything I buy is vegan, because if I buy something that isn't, it is a waste.

  2. yes

  3. Yes i do, but I kinda suck at it! I need glasses super bad, lol!!

  4. Definitely!

  5. It is really me. I read food labels and nutritional contents in it (if it does contain). I feel like a bit obsess about it but I think it pays off in some ways.

  6. Yes, even products that I have been buying for a long time, not every time, just in case the manufacture has changed the recipe.

  7. Yes of course, being a vegan you pretty much have to.

  8. I'm starting to get into the habit. As I get older, I am becoming more concerned with all the chemicals they are putting into our food.

  9. Nope, but i have a habit of grabbing bad foods..

  10. Of course.

But I also know, from working in the food industry, that not all ingredients need to be put on the label.  Yuuup.  Hidden ingredients.  I think hidden ingredients should not be allowed.

  11. Yes. Although I notice it makes my grocery bill go higher.

Why can't the food with less "stuff" in it, cost less?? I mean, they didn't have to add it. you would think it would save money that way...

  12. HAHA - I TRUST NO ONE - you BET I READ LABELS!

  13. Ditto to what Peace said.  Even if I'm buying a product I've bought before, I still glance at it.  At the very least, I look at the allergy warning (if there is one), which will indicate if there are milk or eggs.

  14. yes, if it hasn't got a vegan symbal on it already

  15. If I have bought it before...no, because I already read the label.

    If I'm 100% sure it's not safe, I don't bother checking.

If I'm on the fence, I'll look through it about 3 times until I'm convinced that it is safe.

If the product says that it is vegan, I still check-- Yea, I know, but I have to see it to believe it. =p

  16. No, but we really should, so we can see the c**p we are actually putting into our bodies.

  17. Some things yes, others no.
