Do you realize the predictions are ALWAYS wrong?

Do you realize if congress would open ALL Federal land for ALL forms of energy production, the price of ALL forms of energy would drop significantly?

Did you notice that after President Bush lifted the Executive Order banning offshore oil exploration and asking Congress to lift their ban, the price of oil on the world market dropped 10% in 48 hours?  That occurred without a single drop of oil actually being pumped.
