  1. I eat what I am in the mood for and how much I feel I need to eat.  Sometimes even if you want to eat EVERYTHING on your plate, you really shouldn't.  I try to judge what is too much and plan on taking that home for lunch the next day.  Something to look forward to.  BUT sometimes ya just have to eat it all... and you should then.  Its your life and your body it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

  2. Get what you want. Hey, if someone says something rude about eating what you want, say,"Did you pay for it?" I always go to Red Lobster. They have enough for me to eat, and I leave satisfied. Plus, if you like seafood, it is delicious there! I love it, and I love how much you can get there. He.he. Everytime I leave, I have to excersize a lot! I eat so much. But it's so good, and pretty good for you!

  3. I'm a large woman with a small appetite, it bothers me when I see people checking out my plate and then assuming I'm on a diet.

My husband won't take me to a buffet because he says I never eat enough to make it worthwhile.

I gave up worrying about what strangers think about me a long, long time ago.

  4. I eat as much as I want...don't care about what others think.

  5. Always make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Whats the point in going for a meal and having to call at the chippy on the way home?
