    Those are administrative fees you pay to Probation and Parole, who supervise your house arrest.

    you have to pay a fee to the court for being on house arrest. Where I live it costs about $45 per day.

  5. You NEVER pay money to the police.  Any fines you ever have to pay, whether for a ticket or a criminal conviction, goes to the city or county that the offense was in.
