yes i finished a driver's ed class and turned in my certificate to the dmv. the time i go for my license is in February. but my driver's ed instructor told our class that whenever we are ready to drive we can schedule our road test whenever we wanted we didn't have to wait six months. i have my permit now. i really do not want to wait six months if i already know how to drive.

  1. you may think you know how to drive but it doesnt mean you do. theres 40 year old people who cant drive cause they just suck and werent taught properly. but almost every state requires a minimum of 6 months from the issue of the permit. you may be able to take the driving test but you cant get the license from the minimum 6 months. But its also up to ur parents.
