  1. Obviously you have to sell bits of your soul as you climb the ladder to the presidency. By the time you get there you have no soul  left and are just like all the rest of the politicians. .

  2. Absolutely!  Democrats and Republicans run the government differently, almost completely opposite.

So whether it's for the better or for the worse, it will definitely change if Obama gets elected.

If McCain is elected, look for more of the same - the death spiral of the economy!

  3. yes and a lot of changes since hillary clinton lost to obama. obama did not support the war with iraq in the first place while mccain did.

  4. Yes... The most important change will take place... the supreme court...  which makes this election a "make or break" election.

The court is leaning too far to the left with crazy rulings giving enemy combatants rights in our court system, and saying a state does NOT have the right to hold child rapist to the ultimate punishment.  A child rapists is like a rabid dog -- you put it down no questions asked.

When OBAMA says UBL deserves constitutional rights, and this war against radical Islam is a "law enforcement" problem, it just goes to show how important this election is.

The fact the McCain says he will VETO any bill that has earmarks attached, and the fact that Obama says NO to any kind of energy exploration make the choice easy for me...

Besides with Israel on the verge of defending themselves against Iran, we need a commander-in-chief that knows the meaning of the phrase "Land of the free, home of the brave".  These colors do not surrender nor do they run.

OBAMA = Change for the worse.

MCCAIN = Change for the better.

  5. I think very little will change. I don't think Presidents make as much difference as we think they do.

  6. Yes, they must before it is too late if it is not so already. I just hope Obama can handle it- he needs to hand pick a very good Cabinet and staff, it will be complicated.

  7. Oh yes, something's gotta change. Maybe not everything that you want to be changed will be changed, but something will change.

  8. The candidates SAY things will change.

But who knows if its for the better or worse. Only time will tell. I mean right now we're not doing so well as a country. And as they say, "Things can't get any worse, right?" But we'll have to see. I think things will get worse, before I become president, and then things will be better! :)

  9. I don't think so.  government will get bigger, deficits will continue, they will borrow more, debt will grow, interest will grow, inflation will continue.  I don't believe my quality of life will increase.  I don't see any big change coming in these areas, which are important to me, and they certainly haven't been addressed in the campaigns.  To me, dems and reps are just two cheeks on the same ***.

  10. things will change if obama is elected.

    for the worse.
