At the moment,Yes they are.The novelty will wear off,eventually.I think the shock is what got them going.After all,Obama supporters have forgotten all about Obama's speech,and the DNC convention and went on the backpeddling warpath to see how fast they can smear Sarah Palin.As a Reagan Conservative,I think She's a very good choice.You not being a Conservative by your admission in your question,shows me you wouldnt and or couldnt understand what I mean,but then again,when Reagan was president,I was probably about your age.

Its funny...McCain's whole attack on Obama was based on his inexperience. Then he picks a VP with less experience than him. He picked her just to try to sway Hillary supporters that aren't sure about Obama. He's acting more childish everyday.

Yes! Anyone with any sense should be. If McCain is elected, heaven forbid, then there is a good chance she will become President. She has NO experience...none...zilch...no one had even heard of her. Yet she would be entrusted with this country. That should make anyone scared.

No, they should not be concerned about Palin.  I think she really hurt herself comparing herself to Hillary. Yes, I agree....I just hope that the Dems stick to the issues.  I thought Hillary summed it up very well.  The Dems should NOT attack her for her inexperience....let the voters see it for themselves.
