well seeing as the paparazzi was hot on there heels i think there was plenty of eyewitnesses. and as for who was at fault the blame must lie with the driver . speeding and had been drinking a recipe for disaster

Nothing will bring her back. She's gone and that's all there is to it. How do you think William and Harry her sons feel every time someone brings this up. For God's sake let her rest in peace and give her sons a break. How morbid can you get, move on.
