Do you really use more calories to eat celery than it contains?

  1. Yes - that is actuallyy true.  They call it the food that creates negative calories


  2. Depending on the celery yes because it's fiberous it takes alot of calories to digest and it's mostly water so it has very few

  3. Yes, but not just actually eating it. The whole process of the energy used in picking it up. Chomping it in your mouth digesting it and excreting it. If you just wanted to put is tn your mouth and swallow it then, no.
