  1. yes

  2. yes pacman can take whatever hatton brings in the ring, only....i said it again....only if hatton meet up with him at 135. its going to be a blockbuster fight but surely a mistake on pacquiao's part if he weigh up at 140, like everybody said...it is hattons weight division and he'll be beaten up by ricky but of course not without his own bombs.

  3. Could be very possible!

  4. aggressiveness yes, power no. pac started as a 106lbs fighter and hatton is natural 140.  but if they fight today I think pac will win. pac speed will be the difference.

  5. not one bit he can live with hatton at 140.

hatton wont be 140 more like 150 odd and he not as slow as some think as he got floyd a few times hurt him but floyd was to big and fast but the main thing was he was to big.

so manny will be fast but hatton will wrap him in a corner and as manny is an action pack figther he will try and go toe 2 toe but hatton will win that.

manny could have a chance  of winning if he boxed the best fight of his life but its not manny as he fights and thats why he

will lose. manny is a better boxer than hatton but hatton is not

diaz and did you see his face after JMM 2 there fight??

hatton hits harder than JMM hattons size and manny skills makes it sort of even in a way..

manny is pound 4 pound and the best now floyds gone he may of been best even if floyd was still here.

    hatton wins

  6. The question should be can Hatton take the aggressiveness and speed of Manny Pacquiao?

Hatton's biggest problem is going to be getting to Manny. Manny will hit Hatton so many times on his way in Hatton will stop coming in and Pacquiao will jump in and land combos at will.

Around round 9 the Preacher stops the fight to protect Hatton from further punishment.

Pacquiao will probably weigh just under 140 when they fight. I think the speed and power of Pacquiao will be too much, I can guarantee you that Pacquiao hits harder then Lazcano and certainly allot harder then Mayweather.

  7. yes he can....

  8. Well, Hatton's last fight was against a former lightweight by the name of Lazcano.  If Pac fights Hatton he too will be a former lightweight.

Lazcano has never held a major belt, and took Hatton the distance.  Pac has several belts, and is slightly younger than Lazcano and much more powerful.  In the 10th round of the Lazcano fight the ref stepped in for whatever reason and Hatton was given a 20 second breather.

Even by my estimation Hatton won the fight against Lazcano comfortably, but I had it 8 rounds to 4, closer than the judges but a comfortable win.

Had this fight happened in 2005, it would not be much of a fight at all.  Hatton would have destroyed PacMan.  Without a doubt.

I agree with blog that it would be a barnburner and entertaining to see.

That said, I think size is an issue.  If Pac looks as good at 140 as he did at 135, he has a chance.  If he looks chunky and slow, he could be in for a long night.

  9. ummmmmmmmmmm im neither fan but after the fights i've seen from both fighters , the pacman can take the heat the pacman got alot of heart ,  hatton is easy to hit, he got hit so many times , even against luis callazo, im my opinoin hatton sucks

  10. I think Hatton at his most natural weight will be too much for Manny, although it'll be a fantastic fight. I can see Manny's razor hands causing a lot of cuts to Hatton's troublesome eyes, but I think Hatton's body work and relentless pressure could lead to many of Manny's wars catching up with him towards the later rounds. I think it'd be a brilliant, exciting and vicious fight to watch and I do hope it happens rather than Hatton/De La Hoya.

  11. No, I think 140 is Hatton's best weight, and a bit to big for Manny.  It would be a great fight, but I think Ricky will beat Manny but I wouldn't want to bet on it.  It would be a barnburner for as long as it lasted, and Pacquiao could very well step up big again  but he would be the underdog and Hatton the odds on favorite simply because of the size difference.
