  1. actually, at least from my experience, it depends on the school, your info, the number of classes, and/or the program.

    i just found out that, at least for me, they longer you're in school the more money you're given by the govt for summer programs, so i was able to go to india for a month because it was through the university!

    all you have to do is ask the right (or even just enough, hehe) people, be persistent, and you'll be set!

  2. No, it is based on the number of credit hours you take. Regardless of summer or fall or winter sessions, it is still considered a "session".

  3. Yes you get less in the summer because you can't take as many credit hours since it's shorter, making your tuition bill less.
