with the box do you recieve all sky channels i.e sports movies ect

depends on your subscription, you can choose to have them or not. theres the basic package and then you can add movies or sports or both!

What box are you referring too?  - the response so far have assumed a Sky box, and given that the answers are spot on, however you say in your question, "next to the sky box". if its an external decoder, then they can work but for such a short time they are a waste of money.

No  you pick the base package and any extras you want.   As you add movies or sports etc  you pay a higher fee,  I opted out of movies as I rarely watched them  . and there are several  free movie channels  anyway,  but I kept the sports.   Also there are several extra channels you can subscribe to if you wish,  p**n  etc,
