Do you recommend SilkRoad Online?

The idea seems pretty smart and the graphics seems pretty cool.

Is it fun?

Does it come with malware, spyware, rookits, or etc.?

Is it addicting? Too addicting?

What can you do?

The game does a good job at telling how to do nothing, so you have to pretty much figure out everything from the beginning.  What's ever worse is trying to find another player that speaks fluent english.

Frankly, I don't reccomend the game.  When it all boils down to it, it's all about PVP, which isn't even that good.  With the amount of gold bots, botters, and gold buyers, the game loses pretty much all of its credibility with someone who spent 100 USD to get a complete SOS set, so no one even stands a chance.

Worst thing is that it's repetitive.  It's the standard "Go here kill that (Repeat)" MMO, and it's not even very good at it.  It's practically impossible to make it past level 60 without forking out a few bucks for a bot to do it for you, then level starts to lose it's meaning as you really didn't even put work into it.  None of those level 90 (Or 100, if for some reason you play the korea version) did their grinding manually, since leveling up takes so freakin' long and there isn't anything that comes remotely close to being a party play dungeon.

It's fun for about a month.  Then it's time to leave and try something else.

I've tried it. I didn't know what to do in the beginning. There was no directions. But the graphics were amazing compared to other free MMOs. I'd say you should try it, you never know if you'll like it or not until you try it.

yes play silkroad... it rocks, i play it!... u can go into this berserker mode... where ur charicter is on fire... its ausome!!!
