Do you regret getting a tattoo? Explain why?

I'm thinking of getting my first tattoo. But a bunch of people say that I will regret it when I'm 70 and it will be all stretched out and all that c**p. but i don't think i will care when im 70! so if you have a tattoo do you regret it?

yeah i know i wont care when im 70 either. lol. im like so? when im 70 no one, including me will care what i look like lol.

NOPE I love my tattoos. and who the h**l cares if it looks like $hit when your 70 cause your not trying to impress any one when your 70 your just trying to stay alive. lol besides it will give you a good reason to smile and remember your youth

Well, one night I was a little tipsy and decided to let my friend tatoo me. He tattooed a frikin messed up heel on my hand. So yes, I regret it. But, my dad has a tattoo of my name on his wrist and he is 57. It looks fine and he doesn't regret it at all.

i had mine and my ex-husbands names tattooed on my wrist when I was 17. Im 30 now and going through laser tattoo removal. My advice would be to get your tattoo in a place that can be easily concealed. Do not get one on your hand, wrist, neck, face, lower arm, etc. I am not against tattoos, I actually have flowers on my back..but my biggest regret is getting the names on my wrist where everyone can see. In reality, people DO judge you by how you look and you probably WILL care when you go for job interviews, when you get married, when you sign your children up for school, etc.. I'm not trying to tell you not to get one, but just be smart about it. Choose VERY wisely, don't get a boyfriend/husbands name put on you,  and pick an easily concealed area. =)

nope every tattoo i get i always make sure before getting it that it's gonna serve a purpose to me or represent me or something important to me and i think all tattoos should be like that nothing retarted lol cause those are the ones you begin to regret alot of times later in life i've had all 7 of my tattoos for a long time nowand so far i'm happy with all of them and don't regret any and plan on adding to the collection=)
