Do you remember all of an emotional breakdown?

i missed my parker.... we were so in love when he died. i went into the bathroom at my church and screamed, cried, scratched the walls and myself, and started just freaking out. at least that's what my friend said. i don't even remember half of it. i didn't remember screaming at all. do you ever forget parts of your breakdowns if you have them?

I did, but the most important thing is how you are now. Don't dwell on the past, keep moving forward. Death of a loved one is tough. Think of it as he is your angel above watching  over you and helping you in ways he couldn't do when he was here. Keep positive and my prayers our with you.
