Do you remember this movie? Early 80's, some sort of a sci-fi B movie, or maybe made for TV.?

I remember only a couple of scenes from it, and it's bothering me that I never knew what happened. This woman was in her house and it was lots of chaos and she yells and time freezes. She finally realizes that by screaming again she can unfreeze time. For some reason it seems like she had some kind of necklace/amulet? Turns out, a comet or something, is going to slam into the earth. She knows that by screaming she can make time stand still, but that's whack because she'd be alone. I was a real young when I saw it so I don't remember anything else, but I'd really like some closure!!! Thanks!

lol its an episode of The Twilight Zone called A Little Peace and Quiet. she finds an amulet while gardening and finds out she can stop time by yelling shut up and start time again by yelling start talking. thats the one you asked about rite?

It was a watch.  She would yell "Shut up".  At first she just ran around freezing and un-freezing time.  Was having a good time doing it too.  In the end it was a nuclear bomb.  The show ended with her freezing time and she walked out side and saw the bomb frozen in the sky.  It was a T-V show and mabey it was twilight show or something similar.
