Do you remember when they "changed" the coke formula, took it off the market, and then brought it back?

Now it's called coka-cola classic. Why did they do that and what ever happend to the "new coke".

  1. I think they started using sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Most UK countries use sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup too.. which is why I hate European soda. Haha.


  2. they changed the sweetener to something else...people ddnt like it..... brought original back as coke classic

  3. They realized that Pepsi was climbing in Market-share and changed thier formula to taste more like Pepsi. That sucked and everyone revolted so they moved the formula back. Phew!

  4. the max headroom ads were annoying; new coke never really found a market, so it just sort of faded away.

  5. Yes, I remember. I'm glad they did bring it back, because I didn't like the new coke at all.
