  1. Mika Hakkinen at the USGP in '01!

  2. 'cant remember who exactly, but it was either Jacques Villeneuve or Michael Schumacher sometimes in '97...

Add:  is anybody here to answer Juan Manuel Fangio or Nino Farina? (LOL!)

  3. No I don't, it was more interesting than that.

It was in Monaco and I was obviously too young because me and my friend spent the next 50 laps waiting for the cars to reach Lowes hairpin so we could laugh our as**s off.

For whatever reason we thought that the cars queuing up and turning so slow in that chicane was actually funny.

So we laughed lap after lap and we never seemed to get enough.

    Strange ha?

  4. Senna, Donnington 1993, what a 1st race to watch!

The first one I saw where I was there, 1999 British GP, won by DC. A Brit 1-2 Irvine was 2nd. Saw the Schumi broken leg incident too, nasty.

  5. Jackie Stewart - 1972 Canadian GP

  6. Gilles Villeneuve, it was his first GP win - Canada 1978.

  7. Ayrton Senna

  8. Is it something I have to have watched the entire thing or most of it? If it's the latter it would be Japan GP 2003, Schumi won I think. Otherwise it was the season opener of 2004 in Australia. But I can't recall the winner, Schumi I guess.

  9. schumacher in 2000

  10. if you're talking F1 then it'd have to be the Rainman Ayrton Senna @ Brazil in the rain (don't remember what year).  if I remember correctly, in this race Michael Schumacher's Bennetton was stuck in 5th gear and managed to finish 3rd.

if you're not talking F1, then it'd have to be the 1989 Indianapolis 500 where former F1 champ Emerson Fittipaldi from Brazil edged out national favorite Al Unser Jr. with 2 to go.  Unser and Fittipaldi were caught in a dead heat on the backside straightaway when Fittipaldi made a move down the inside below the white line (apparently legal in '89) while Unser held his position right at the line.  coming into turn 3 there was another car towards the high side of the track that prevented Unser from giving Fittipaldi any room.  long story short, both drivers came in contact with one another, Unser meets the wall, and Fittipaldi wins it under the yellow flag.

earlier that year it was Fittipaldi getting the short end of the stick in another scuffle with Unser, but I forget which track it was.

  11. probably was a williams renault back in 96 when schumachers ferrari wasnt cuttin it yet.
