  2. There are many international editions. I have a video that shows an Australian Playmate. I suppose the USA edition will consider girls from all over the world as well. Hiromi Oshima from Japan was a Playmate in 2004 in the USA edition. You could write to the mag or check the website. If you need the address, let me know.
