I'm not complaining; I'm just asking a simple question. So for those of you who are bitching about who has it worse- get over it.

  1. No.  Gas would have to go to like $20 a gallon before I'd start that.  Somehow I think the oil companies know this, that there's lots of room before the gas demand is seriously impacted.

  2. i live on PEI Canada, in a fairly rural area. i ride my bike (to my office job as an insurnace broker no less LOL) its 2.5 km from my home. the roads here are not geared towards cyclists so i dont know quite what i am going to do once the snow starts to fly but until then i intend to peddle my @ss off

  3. Stop moaning, still paying less than us.

  4. i do not have a problem with using public transport, or walking, where i live, I feel it would be a waste of time, money and fuel to run a car, everything is in walking distance in my local town, and the car parking charges in the next town make it more viable to use public transport.

  5. I bought a scooter... it gets 90MPG and goes 60MPH.  Its also a blast to ride.  I'm happy with my decision :)

  6. I think that the USA is the only country in the world, where you are lost without a gas wasting machine.

  7. Yes. I ride on my bike short distances.

Oh...by the way. Americans need to stop complaining about high gas prices. In Europe, it's about $10 a gallon (give or take).

  8. I try to ride my bike as much as i can since gas is so high, i ride my bike to work every day but if i have to go somewhere pretty far i will drive
