Do you ride your bmx bike with or without brakes?

Its weird i was dreaming of a bike with brakes and ripped the brakes off within 3 weeks of owning the bike, I dont know what it is about brakes, its a love hate thing with the brakes, I love brake tricks, but i go through back wheels so quick.  Its hard to have brakes on cause as soon as i bend it a little it rubs, then it just starts to p**s me off.

I ride with brakes just to be safe... but all of the beastly guys at bmx where I live go no brakes.

I ride with just a back brake. you dont need it but just to be safe theres a quick way to slow down. Most bmx riders have just a back brake but the really good riders that only use their bikes at parks not to jsut cruise on have no brakes. Basically it depends what your doing.
