YEP!! here's how i brush--i drink water, then brush my bottom teeth with toofpaste, then rinse my toofbrush and brush my bottom teeth again. Then i rinse my mouth. then i do the same to my top teeth. then i rinse and FLOSS!!

Yeah dude you're supposed to spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth afterwards to remove all toothpaste from your teeth. To further clean your teeth you're also supposed to rinse with mouthwash.
