Do you run for health or just to run?

  2. More for health.but sometime just regard running as a release.

  3. i run because it keeps you in shape and i run in races. i want to one day be on the us olympic track &+ field team and you have to start early. i love the adrenaline rush you get at the start of a race. when the gun goes off. i love it. i run XC, indoor and outdoor track. my favorite is outdoor . i love being apart of a winning team.

  4. Both, I run just to get out there and do it, but I also think about the health benefits when I do it.

I started to run just to lose weight, now I run for both reasons, for my health, sanity and enjoyment.  I like challenging myself with (42.2K) Marathons.  I especially have fun on a social level too, by joining a running club where we meet and run and afterwards, we go out for coffee, beer, etc.
